(In my case, I’m running it on the first key management create keystore '/u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/db_1/network/admin/srprim1/wallet/' identified by "oracle123" This needs to be done only on one instance. Use the “administer key management” clause to create the keystore in the wallet directory location. Now since the WRL_PARAMETER is reflecting the right directory where the wallet needs to be stored, lets move in creating the wallet keystore. Similarly, restart the second instance as ~]$ srvctl stop instance -instance srprim2 -database ~]$ srvctl start instance -instance srprim2 -database * from gv$encryption_wallet order by inst_id Ģ FILE /u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/db_1/network/admin/srprim2/wallet/ NOT_AVAILABLE UNKNOWN SINGLE UNDEFINED 0 INST_ID WRL_TYPE WRL_PARAMETER STATUS WALLET_TYP WALLET_OR FULLY_BAC CON_IDġ FILE /u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/db_1/network/admin/srprim1/wallet/ NOT_AVAILABLE UNKNOWN SINGLE UNDEFINED 0Ģ FILE /u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/db_1/admin/srprim/wallet NOT_AVAILABLE UNKNOWN SINGLE UNDEFINED 0 INST_ID WRL_TYPE WRL_PARAMETER STATUS WALLET_TYPE WALLET_OR FULLY_BAC CON_IDġ FILE /u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/db_1/admin/srprim/wallet NOT_AVAILABLE UNKNOWN SINGLE UNDEFINED 0Ģ FILE /u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/db_1/admin/srprim/wallet NOT_AVAILABLE UNKNOWN SINGLE UNDEFINED ~]$ srvctl stop instance -instance srprim1 -database ~]$ srvctl start instance -instance srprim1 -database * from gv$encryption_wallet order by inst_id So, in order to get the instances reflect the right wallet location as per the SQLNET.ORA file, we need to bounce the * from gv$encryption_wallet order by inst_id The instances show the default location of the wallet when queried the GV$ENCRYPTION_WALLET view. In my case, I have decided to place the wallet files in the location “/u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/db_1/network/admin/$ORACLE_SID/wallet” and so have I created the ~]$ mkdir -p ~]$ mkdir -p /u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/db_1/network/admin/srprim2/wallet This entry is needed to determine the wallet location. Just ensuring before implementing TDE that the standby database is in sync with the primary database.Ĭreate the directory structure where you need to place the wallet files and add the following entry in the SQLNET.ORA file on all the nodes of the primary database. The method used is same as what was done in my previous post, but uses a new feature of 12c called “administer key management”.Ģ node standby RAC: 1212drnode1, 1212drnode2 We are looking in to it.This article demonstrates implementing TDE in a RAC environment with standby database configured. Yes there are two stuck transactions on this faucet, which initially I thought was do to the time between blocks. My advise to anyone looking for a faucet or thinking of paying this guy the self proclaimed" SHAMAN/STRAWMAN "would to stay far away from this person and his website Looking at time stamps and referring to your previous post on that thread and comparing it to the time stamp of now i would say your systems need a overhaul as they still have not sent the transaction. i guess you are always right and everything is working for you +LOL+Īnd just in case the the db image wasnt good enough Well i guess you are having serious issues as even the PM you send never got here? gosh i just received 3 other pm's from then till now and i still haven't received any "from you". Well seeing as the block is still on 435 for 30 min its not the faucet but the block chain being slow. the problem is it is not working correctly and needs to be fixed. so obviously if you send them now it is redundant to the issue. im not looking for the coins but for the functionality of systems. I run the faucet pm your address so i can verify So if you paid the bounty for the faucet you should find out why it is not working? I just tested out the faucet on shekel(dot)thefaucet(dot)online, it says it gave a claim but obviously it did not work as it also says "There is 0 payments pending" but nothing ever got to my wallet and nothing is in the blockchain either
